ADA offer an obligation free rent art consultation to visit your space, measure up, take some snaps and collaboratively determine which walls require artwork. We then prepare a digital proposal, providing images of a range of artwork options to choose from. Alternatively you may visit Melbourne Art Rooms [MARS] stockroom in Windsor and browse our extensive stock room to select contemporary Australian art.

Preparing your home for sale? Whether it is one piece of artwork or many, installing artwork in your home contributes positively to the aesthetic look of your home. It is widely agreed that preparing your home for staging can help it to sell faster and attract a higher price. We provide rent art for first homes, family homes, large-scale homes, penthouses, apartments, units and display homes.

Rent art allows our corporate clients to enhance their office space and add to the professional atmosphere without making a large financial commitment. Businesses can explore the opportunity to treat the cost of renting artwork as an operating expense and reduce their taxes. For more information it is recommended to check with your tax advisor to determine how this can lower pre-tax income and reduce taxes.

Once you have made your artwork selection, we will require a copy of your home or buildings insurance policy to ensure that the works are covered while in your care.  Alternatively, we can include your artwork selection on our insurance policy for a nominated fee.

Each artwork is rented out at a percentage of the retail price, pro rata.
Already have a budget in mind? Please let us know, we would be happy to tailor a Rent Art package price to suit.

ADA co-ordinate’s the whole Rent Art process, including your delivery, installation and collection with an expert art hanger at your preferred time.

We’ll also bring along extra pieces of Rent Art to try out in your home to give you some additional options on the day.
